"TellText" is simply a service that allows you to text a group of friends for FREE!

Simply create a Mobile O/X account, click on the "TellText" module, and then create a unique "group name" under "Create Group."

Your group's unique "group name" will be in the form of an email address. We have over 1000 options to choose from. The following are some examples.

For example, if my name were Dan, and I wanted to invite all of my friends to my parties, I could create a group titled "Dan@PartyTexts.com."

Simple! They can either send a blank text message or email to your group's unique "email address." (For example, "Dan@PartyTexts.com.")

They could also visit each groups unique web page that is accessible by replacing the "@" with a "." (So "Dan@PartyTexts.com" would become "Dan.PartyTexts.com.") Once visited, they can join the texting group via the widget.

You can send a group text via your cell phone or the Mobile O/X TellText page.

If you are the group administrator of "Dan@PartyTexts.com," then you simply send a text message to "Dan@PartyTexts.com" and whatever you include as the message will be sent to all of the members of the texting group.

You can either (1) reply with "STOP," "QUIT," or "REMOVE" - unless you are an AT&T subscriber - or (2) you can log in to Mobile O/X and click on "QUIT" next to the texting group that you want to quit - AT&T subscribers must use this method. If you've forgotten your password, simply click on the link "Forgot Password" on the Mobile O/X homepage - http://MobileOX.com - and enter your cell phone number. A new password will be generated and sent to you via text message or email.

YES ... On our end. However, your cell carrier's standard rates still apply for sending and receiving texts.

In other words, if you send a text message to 100 people via TellText, you will only be charged for 1 text instead of 100 texts. Everyone receiving the text will also be charged for 1 text. These charges are the same charges your cell carrier would charge you otherwise, however, everything on our end is absolutely FREE. We have no control over what cell providers charge their customers.

Yes, but only if the administrator gives this person "texting privileges." By default, only the group administrator can send a group text.
